LESSON PLAN UNIT 1 AND 2
Objective:
Practice the grammar of the verb Be, vocabulary of days of the week, numbers 0-100, countries and nationalities and improve listening skills with short dialogues.
The first lesson introduces students to basic greeting and the use of the personal pronouns I and You with forms of the verb Be in affirmative and negative sentences, questions and short answers.
Second lesson, students continue with the verb Be focusing on the personal pronouns he, she, it, we, you, they form. Because they are beginners the numbers of countries taught in the vocabulary bank is restricted and these same countries are reviewed in subsequent lessons.
Teachers may also want to teach pronunciation focusing on the information below.
Finally, then go to a section called People on the Street, from Practical English, in this section they ask what are their names, how to spell them, and where they are from.

Vocabulary💣
Numbers from 0 to 100.
Days of the week.
Countries and nationalities.
Reading💣
Dialogues (The context is about two college students who meet – firstly, they are moving into their apartment, and then they see again in the classroom).
Listening💣
People on the street

b- How do you spell it?
c- Where are you from?
